Oh Joy

Here's the latest on the 'not getting paid saga' It seems that another person within the company has organised this job that hubby has done and there is some crap about the company changing hands, and we can't pay you WTFF! (yes two F's) There are 6 employees involved and none of them have been paid (two weeks late now) and Merry Christmas from da boss yeah? Now it looks like we'll have to take it to work cover or worse a solicitor, the worst bit?, none of them have any paper work to prove they worked that day *sob* Why are people so horrible?, whatever happened to 'A fair days pay for a fair days work'?
God this 40odd isn't coping well!
No idea where we'll go with this, thinking 'class action' is worst case scenario waaaaaa (eats more cheese and salami) yeah that's that 'fat' bit coming in lol

3 Days to Christmas

Oh terrific, Hubby's employers have screwed up his pay again, fiddle de de, guess there will be a bit less under the tree and we wont be making pigs of ourselves at the Christmas lunch table (so all good really)
Oh well Miss R is getting her Barbie Dream House and that's all that matters :)
Times like this we need to take a deep breath and remember not to be so materialistic hey?

6 Days to Christmas

Yep 6 frikken days to Christmas, and I only just started my Christmas shopping last Thursday! (15/12/11) Due to a severe lack of funding, Thank you very much 'Hubby's Employers' who shall remain nameless :(
So my family and my hubby don't get along all that well, and it makes it very awkward, so each year we do a 'me and my kids and family' then a 'me and hubby and one of my kids and his family' joy :/
Oh and if you're thinking 'well whats fat and 40ish about this'? Well it's the way I cope you see, a glass of wine in hand (it's after 3am here!) 3year old asleep on the lounge and my migraine and me planning Christmas Day hahaha, this year we 'did' my family on the 17th December and we're off to the in-laws on ....... you guessed it the 25th :D
Don't get me wrong I love my in-laws but gosh it would be nice to say "right this year EVERYONE is coming to my place"! *has another glass of wine and a boiled egg (only while she tries to low-carb, but that's another story)*
Thankfully Miss R is oblivious to my melodramas hehe, and for the first time in her 3 short years she is overly enthusiastic about Christmas woohoo!!!
